To support high-quality publishing services and ensure the long-term accessibility of published research, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted through the peer-review process.
APC Rates
The Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.
Authors from India: ₹1,500 INR per accepted manuscript.
International Authors: USD 30 per accepted manuscript.

Payment Policy
- No submission fee is charged.
- APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
- Authors will receive an official acceptance letter and payment instructions from the Editorial Office.
- Payment should be made only through the official payment methods published on the IJEKS website.
- There are no hidden charges for submission, peer review, colour figures, supplementary files, or article publication beyond the stated APC.
APC Waiver and Discount Policy
The Editorial Board may consider full or partial APC waivers in exceptional cases, such as invited articles, special issues, or authors facing genuine financial constraints. Requests will be evaluated individually and solely at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
